About Vanulos
- Vanulos is an editorial platform publishing science-backed content on habits, mindset, emotional intelligence, and intentional living. We publish in six languages for a global audience.
- Vanulos is operated by Wellington Silva, an independent creator based in London, United Kingdom. Our editorial team includes two human editors and five AI-assisted contributors.
- We publish three new articles every day across our six language editions.
- Vanulos is published in English, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, French, German, and Italian.
- Use the language selector in the top-right corner of any page. Your preference is saved for future visits.
Editorial & Content
- Every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication. We verify claims against primary sources and update content as the research evolves.
- Yes, we use AI tools to assist in research, drafting, and translation. All content is reviewed and approved by our human editorial team. See our About page for full transparency.
- Absolutely. Send your suggestions via our contact form with the subject "Editorial feedback".
- Quotations up to 100 words with attribution are welcome under fair use. For systematic republication or translation, please contact us for a licence.

Amazon Recommendations
- Amazon is the most widely accessible retailer across our six markets. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful for the topic being discussed.
- Yes. As an Amazon Associate, we earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every article.
- No. We are never paid by Amazon or any brand to mention or promote a product. Editorial selection is independent of the affiliate commission.
- Availability varies by region. Try searching the product name on your local Amazon store, or contact us at hello@vanulos.com so we can update the link.
Account & Membership
- No. All our editorial content is free to read without registration.
- Click "Login" in the header and follow the sign-up link. Accounts are optional and used for personalised features.
- Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with reset instructions.
- Send a request to privacy@vanulos.com from your registered email. We will delete your data within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
- We do not currently send editorial newsletters. If that changes, you will see preference controls in your account settings.
Privacy & Cookies
- We collect only what is necessary to run the site: authentication session, cookie preferences, and (with consent) anonymous analytics. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
- Use the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer at any time. You can also adjust your browser settings to block cookies.

- No. We do not publish paid placements disguised as editorial content. Editorial independence is non-negotiable.
- We serve ads via Google AdSense. All advertising is clearly distinguishable from editorial content. We may occasionally accept direct-sold display campaigns from vetted brands.
